How we handle your data, your rights, and the safeguards we apply when you use SearchInfluencer.
No data selling
We do not sell personal data. Vendors act under contract as processors.
Control & rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or objection where applicable.
Security-first
We apply reasonable technical and organizational controls to protect data.
How SearchInfluencer collects, uses, shares, and protects your data when you use our website, dashboard, APIs, and related services.
SearchInfluencer provides a platform to discover beauty creators and their public contact information. We act as a data controller for personal data we collect directly from you.
Account data (name, email), authentication data (via Supabase), billing data (via Stripe), usage and device data (logs, browser type, IP, timestamps), and any information you submit in contact or support forms. We may process publicly available influencer data (e.g., profile URLs, bios, contact emails).
To provide and secure the service, personalize your experience, process payments, enforce acceptable use, detect abuse, and communicate about updates, billing, or support. We do not sell personal data.
Performance of a contract (account access, billing), legitimate interests (service improvement, security, preventing fraud), and consent where required (certain marketing communications).
We may use essential cookies for authentication/session management. Optional analytics/marketing cookies are only set with consent when required by law. You can adjust browser settings or consent banners where provided.
We use vendors such as Supabase (auth), Stripe (payments), email providers, analytics, and hosting/CDN. They process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the service.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described or as required by law (e.g., billing records). We may retain minimal logs for security and compliance.
Data may be processed in the EU/EEA and other countries where our providers operate. When data leaves the EEA, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
Subject to local laws (e.g., GDPR), you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. You can withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise these rights, contact us.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege) to protect data. No system is 100% secure; notify us promptly of suspected issues.
For privacy questions or requests, email contact@searchinfluencer.com. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the effective date, and significant changes will be highlighted where reasonable. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
This Privacy Policy summarizes how we handle personal data. Depending on your location, additional local rules may apply.
