Link building is king

In my experience with the Busby SEO Test competition lately, I've realized that my principal belief that content is king does not apply as my SEO trial have shown that link building is really the one that can make or break an entry. I also realized that increase in Google PageRank hardly has any effect on the search engine results appearance.
